Can you identify this filter?

I would appreciate anyone's help in identifying this filter (see attached image). I recently had a computer failure and had to reload FF. I used a filter in past that I want to use again however I cannot remember which filter it was.

The stripes remind me of Optical Chaos by Skybase

EDIT: Other filters with stripes are Dancing Lines - Oppa! and Follow The Lines - En Ole Hän, both by Ramlyn.
