CPU and GPU rendering choices

Hi all, I have just purchased Filter Forge and looking forward to using it. Does the software automatically make use of GPU to aid in rendering speed? I see under options the choice for multithreading I can select multiple CPUs but no mention of GPU

Graham, welcome to the forums!

That's correct: Filter Forge doesn't use GPU, so it can be used on any computer even without a GPU.

It would be great if there's an option to utilize the GPU. I have the latest Intel i9 something CPU with 128GB of RAM and it's still slow depending on the filter being applied. That being said, when using other apps like Topaz Photo to render, setting the option to render on the GPU is almost 4x faster than the CPU.
