I want to use my reward points to give a pro version of FF to a friend who is using a loaner computer....then take it off the loaner and have it installed on their new computer when they get it. Is it possible to transfer an FF program liscence from one computer to another???

Yes. Your friend will need to uninstall FF from the loaner computer, install on their own computer and apply the same license key.
