You have a spammer using the PM system to spread his sales pitch for Viagra. I reported it to support and was told to just block him through my e-mail client, Not a good response. The member's screen name is Kelcuhgrick, and If he is spamming me he is spamming others. I speak with several years experience moderating a forum for Xara Ltd. If you don't remove him asap he will continue and others will follow.

We deactivated the user but they can simply register another account. I'm sure the account belonged to a human and not to a spambot.

If I try to block him through my e-mail provider I'll have to block the e-mail address forum@filterforge.com which will block all incomomg messages from the forum.

You need to either update your forum software to be able to prevent this kind of thing or hire more moderators to weed these lowlifes out, or both.

Another thing that would be helpful is to be able to search for a member and find his public profile and to be able to block him/her/it(spambot) from there.

I can and have set my e-mail to auto delete anything from this guy but the fact remains that this bot and more to come is using your pm system to spam people.
