I bought the whole package of filter forge 3 weeks ago,it took 2 weeks for the `program cd` to arrive but I haven`t seen the `Filter backup` CD at all..has this problem happened to others or am I just the lucky one???

Does not come the filter backup already in the same CD or DVD that comes the Filter Forge software?
because this is what I thought is was done this way, and there was not two separate disks if you order them together. |

As far as I know the 2 discs come from different sources, the program disc comes from Fiter Forge HQ in Canada but the Filter Backup disc from elsewhere..I have emailed the HQ again to let them know what is happening i.e.nothing and am waiting for an answer (not expecting one before weekend)but will keep you all in touch and thanks for the help so far..

One can order a software backup disc (containing the installation package) or add a filter library archive on that disc as well. If you order both a software backup and a library backup they will come on a single physical disc.
Both types of discs are shipped from the same location in Canada. Tizzipoll, have you received a reply from the support team ? |

No more to say except that I have now `found` the filters on the program disk,why send an email with two different dates for delivery, one per disc, is beyond me..Thanks for all the help here GMM because you were correct about `all on one disc`..Thanks....

Glad you found them inside the same disk that was the FF software, as this is what I already though that was the right way, why would FF company send two separate discs? (unless the library did not fit in only one disc)
