Rachel Duim So Called Tortured Artist Posts: 2498 Filters: 188	The EULA (End User License Agreement) can be found as license.rtf in the application folder (Applications on the Mac, Program Files in Windows). Also check out the Forums by searching for EULA and reading the discussions. There is also a Terms of Use document on this site. As far as I know, I own the copyright to my filters, but by submitting them I have granted Filter Forge the right to distribute my filters on this public website. The quick answer is that you can use the filters on any graphics AND sell them as long as you own the rights to said graphics. Math meets art meets psychedelia.

GMM Moderator Filter Forge, Inc Posts: 3491	Rachel is correct. Filter authors hold the copyright to the filter files proper (.ffxml files), while the copyright to the final images rendered in Filter Forge belongs to the end user, i.e. you.
