Terms of use - Commercial use

I have been reading all morning, but I'm still not clear of what I can do and what I can't do.

I make merchant resources for use in 3D (but not limited to that) and I use a lot of filters and software to create them.

Can I use Filter Forge to do that?

I think I saw somewhere that it's even allowed to just render someones filter and sell, without any altering at all? Is that true?

I also would like to mention that I would never just render a filter and sell, I would like to learn how to make filters myself. But I might want to use a filter as a starting point, alter it in FF and alter it again in PS and then sell.

If someones knows the answer, I would very much like a link to where it's written. I want to very sure about this sort of stuff.

I think I will like FF a lot, I now use Genetica quite much but I think I can learn to do other fun stuff in FF that I can't in Genetica
