I could be wrong but I seem to remember my squint filter being named an Editor's Choice.
Google has a reference to it as well... http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=...gle+Search |

I remember Squint being an Editor's Pick too. Strange...

Most likely we've took it off -- we rotate picks from time to time.

I was under the impression that a featured filter and an editor's choice were one and the same. Was I mistaken?

And I was under the impresion that Editor's Picks stick with a filter into all eternity... ![]() --- Crapadilla says: "Damn you, stupid redundant feature requests!" ;) |

Yes, exactly. The name 'Editor's Pick' is misleading -- I guess we should replace it with 'Featured Filter'. |

So does having your filter featured automatically earn you rewards? Or just merely make it more likely your filter will be downloaded and used, therefore leading to a high usage rate?

Used to be so, but now it doesn't. It simply increases the exposure of the filter to visitors. |
