Filter Forge - Initial data download failed Reason:get

McGyver What is a user title? Posts: 111 Filters: 10	I can log on, I can check for new filters... But so far every filter I've tried, attempts to download, but eventually fails with this message: "Initial data download failed. Reason: 'get_rating_info() failed" I've seen that problem before, but I forget... is it a problem on my side or are the servers down or something? Thanks in advance for any suggestions/help.

Trixie.in.Dixie Trixie.in.Dixie Posts: 1	I use Malwarebytes, which just had an update. I went in to the settings and added an exclusion for Filter Forge and that solved the problem immediately. Check your antivirus and/or firewall settings to allow FF. Trixie.in.Dixie
