If you want a quick reply the best way is to write via the contact form at http://www.filterforge.com/contact/
Your message will get to the support team and we'll generally reply within 24 hours (if it's not a weekend). The forum is big and sometimes we don't have time to respond to all posts. But the support team always reads all mail. Someone will surely reply ![]() PMing moderators is generally a bad idea. Direct messages to moderators will be probably ignored unless moderators specifically ask you to PM them. |

I've contacted support. They keep asking me the same questions over and again to which I've already answered. They have given me no help and they have not responded to my last message which was sent Aug 15th.
I have PS Elements 12 and the 7.0 plugin doesn't show up in the dialog where the 4.0 used to. I have completely uninstalled the old version and have tried both the 32 and 64 bit version of the 7.0 plugin. Is there anyone at this company who cares about their customers? |

That seems to be the question these days. I get that people are busy, but I've submitted two e-mails recently, one of which was lengthy and described a solution to a problem I encountered w/ FF 8 in Windows 10 (caused by scaling). No replies, no thanks, no get bent, no leave us alone, nothing. I used to get replies quickly and helpfully. Now it's crickets. Taking a page from microsoft are you? Or is that I'm a lifetime upgrade purchaser so you figure you'll never get me to spend any more money with you? I really do understand being up to one's ears in alligators, but a simple we got your note, we'll be in touch asap would be nice. Frankly, given the program issues and the silence, I'm beginning to suspect all is not well in FilterForge Land. Too bad if true; yours is one of the most useful, helpful, photo tools I use and I'd hate to see you go by the wayside. FWIW, I still recommend FF, but with caveats now about upgrade pains and what feels like indifference. Just Sayin. |
