This is the second time I've had to restart FF10 after a program or system crash only to discover that the filter I've been working in and saving regularly has been replaced by an older version, fr om about a week back. This seems crazy to me, since I know I have more recent work saved, but darned if I know where it went. AFIK, there isn't an APPDATA location where I could look for the real file. It does defeat the purpose of saving as I go, if a crash somehow overwrites my current saved version.

Thoughts? I'm submitting a trouble ticket for this too, but in case someone here can point me to wh ere I might find the file, I thought I'd make a forum call, too.

Odd. The spaces in "fr om" and "wh ere" seem to insert themselves. It won't let me correct them!

Okay. Now it happened immediately after working on the filter, without a crash occurring. The only thing I can think of is that I had a project open in another tab, and that prevented my saves from being executed.

Has this happened to anyone else with FF10 Pro (didn't know when I bought it that only Studio allows Projects to be saved)?

I've been seeing some strange things related to versioning in FF 10. I don't think that they are the same as what you are describing but who knows. I recently submitted an update to a filter that I had contributed a while ago, Smooth Tiling. The web page for that filter was still showing the old filter ( at least in Microsoft Edge but not in Firefox ) . What's more when I downloaded the filter it did not have my most recent change. The one thing in common between the problem that you are running into and the problem that I am seeing is that they both relate to versioning.
