FF11 librarian does not open anymore -- requires registration

Hi!

I'm using Filter Forge 11 Professional. Librarian worked fine last time I used it. But (apparently after the last update of Filter Forge to version 11.005) Librarian doesn't open properly anymore. Instead, it requires registration.

This ist the message I get: "Your Filter Forge copy is not registered. To use Filter Forge Librarian, please run the latest Filter Forge version and inter your license key in the Help menu." (see attached image)

After I enter "OK" librarian closes. When I open Filter Forge 11 after that it is indeed not registered and i have to reenter name and license key. (see second image below)

After that, if I try to "enter license key" in the help menu i get the message, that Filter Forge is already registered alright.

If I close it and try Librarian again, it apparently unregisters Filter Forge once more. I tried to restart computer, doesn't help.

Please advise!

We believe this issue has been fixed. Please redownload and reinstall the latest Filter Forge 11, register with your license info, close Filter Forge, then redownload and reinstall Librarian 11 using your download link.

Librarian only contains filters that are available in the filter library, and we haven't seen many new filters recently. If no filters are submitted to the library, there is nothing new to include in the Librarian package.

Hi I just bought Filter Forge Librarian 12 after enjoying Filter Forge 12 I decided on buying the big package $200 ish pack. I received the download link email & downloaded the app. I opened it up with no problem I then added a bunch of filters to my Filter Forge 12. I then decided to look at options as I always do in all applications I own & when I clicked file location just to see where file locations where but I didn't change anything except I clicked on Filter Forge Librarian 1,2 etc..in the options screen just to see why it was in options because I don't have that version even thought I would like to buy it if it was a option to me but I digress. I went back to Filter Forge Librarian 12 after looking threw the options & exited the app when I was done but. As soon as I opened it back up it said as a error "Failed to load the filter Library" can anyone please help me fix this or do I need to return it for a refund because $200 is a lot for a filter app to not work anymore!
PS: I don't go on forums often I am a busy man so if this is not where I post a question I am sorry in advance

Hi I did that in fact I did that and I then copied the Library folder fr om C:\ProgramData\Filter Forge Librarian 12\Library to my desktop. After I deleted the Library folder in Filter Forge Librarian 12 I then created a new folder wh ere the old one was & called it Library I loaded up the app pointed the folder directory to Librarian 12 and still nothing.
