i was working on a very large, complex filter the other day and got the attached popup. it was when i plugged in a checkbox to a component and then dragged a line from that component to another. i dont know if this one is already handled or not but i'm mentioning it just in case.

the filter was not saved previously with the adjustments i'd made so i dont have the exact filter with the bug, only a previous save without the bug.

this came up late in the day and i'd been running a lot of other software prior to this, so this may also just be a case of windows running out of resources to some extent. windows is pretty bad about returning resources and not fixing fragmented ram, so this may well just be a case of that.

i havent tried to re-create the steps taken to cause the bug yet, so i dont know if it's repeatable.

Hmm. That's very interesting, it looks like a deficiency in value control management (all those dynamically created controls which display in Filter Settings and Component Settings tabs).
Surely it has nothing to do with Windows, it's our problem.

Yes, I found the bug, actually it's a set of related bugs. It will be definitely fixed in the next release.

And bug reporting form will work more often too, great thanks for reporting this with detailed info smile:))
