I'm trying to download new filters, but it keeps saying it can't connect to the server. It's also saying my copy is only a basic version now. Did I break it?

I am having problems uploading (haven't tried downloading) which just started tonight also, so hopefully it's on their end and not ours.

Unfortunately, most of the staff are out on New Year vacation -- here in Russia we have a week of official holidays. Only the poor support team and the sales dept are working
But don't panic, anyone! I'll try to get hold of someone of the developers tomorrow and make them do something to the server. |

Hah, I wished I came to this thread earlier...
I totally thought I must have either messed up my computer or fumbled upon some virus/bug... (and started to feel some panic because of my computer/internet ignorance...)
It seems things are working back to normal now, so thanks, Bella, for getting this taken care of (especially during these holiday days).

Carl, there was a server backup today as well which ran for several hours. Perhaps you just ran into an unlucky time to connect?  Give it another try |
