I've installed FF and figured out how to download individual filters, now my problem is how to download/install those free packs. I know how to install normal plugins but I'm assuming these are different than that smile:p (Yeah, I tried pasting it into the plugins folder under photoshop, and I even tried to extract it using Stuffit lol)

I'm assuming using the free pack has something to do with actually opening FF, but I can't figure out how.

BTW I know my away around PS to say the least, so no worries on oversimplifying the instructions. smile:)

----The free packs don't require FF, they are just like any Photoshop filter. No need for them if you have FF anyways, they are just exported versions of some from the library used for advertising and to get people to check out FF.

just double click them to install. shldnt be any need to manually place folders anywhere. they will operate like mini-versions of FF and show up separately from FF and will NOT install over FF or interfere with it in any way.

Oh I see... hmm well I was looking for an aluminum foil filter and I found the one by Crapadilla, but I noticed the first freepack had a foil filter so I thought I might try a different one, but that is probably the exact same filter.

And Kraellin I did double click them but an error message came saying something about a Windows error. smile:|

try downloading again. you may have gotten a corrupt download. it happens sometimes with downloads. also, i forget if the file is zipped up or not. if it is, you'll have to unzip it first, then run the setup.
