This isn't necessarily a *bug*, but I found it a bit odd, and frustrating for 5 minutes, til I decided to not care anymore and just post it here.

Anyways, I was trying to hook up a normal Slider control to the Repeat funtion of a Profile Gradient, and it gave me the little red error icon, it required that I use the IntSlider, which is not at all as good as using the normal Slider, in many cases such as this one. I'm wondering why FF does that sometimes. There have been a couple of other cases like this, where, I am 99% sure that either slider control could have been used without any problems, and it refused to let me use the one I wanted to use for range controlling reasons. Well, refused to let me use it without the red error icon, which means it would never make it through the filter submission process. I'm sure this has been talked about before, but I have to insist, that there is no reason for FF's required slider style choices sometimes, in cases when either would work fine for all forseeable situations in using the filter. Any comments from the FF crew ? Thanks.
