startup difficulties

I was having some problems starting up filter forge. I kept on getting <class VFW::oscallerror>getwindowW(handle 0001033c)(control<class controls label<@026CE3D8)failed with error code ox00000002 the system cannot find the file specified.
When first installed, this is what I would get when I tried to open the stand alone. When I opened Photoshop CS2 and tried to open FF I would get Windows No Disk no disk in drive please insert disk. options were cancel try again and continue. I would have to hit continue 4 or 5 times to open up filter forge. Then when I tried to enter the key it would disappear. I deleted it and reinstalled. then I would get the above error with controls label <@01E4E3D8>. could not complete command because of a problem with the filter module interface. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I still have to click the continue 2 to 4 times before it opens, but I did get registered. (to anyone else its in help- about). Hope this helps with the final version.
