Looks like a network problem to me. Maybe the library server was down or you have some kind of firewall preventing FF from reaching the Library server.

I am also getting this error (get_familes_versions_list() failed) when I try to download any filters. Is the libray server broken? I could download filters last night.

i cant download any filters either. i bought the pro version today but every time i see a cool filter in the ff online library collection and hit the " Open This in Filter Forge" button it asks me to ~

" Download Filter Forge 2 - the Wizard setup".... That program that is already installed om my pc. Not getting the "i am not getting the " -'get_families_versions_list() failed window" error box but cat download filters. Plus now i have the pro account even allowed for cookies, nothing is working. Also went to Filter Forge Help Library and did the whole " the Library can also be accessed via the built-in Filter Library Browser -To activate it.... Ok, did this and tried to do a more specific search like painterly effects/ brush strokes (and even the name of the filter) - it locks up completely on every search. ive had to reboot like 20 times today |
