Can't download any filters

Looks like a network problem to me. Maybe the library server was down or you have some kind of firewall preventing FF from reaching the Library server.

Ditto here...I am also getting the same error message this morning -'get_families_versions_list() failed'. Hopefully someone will fix the problem?

i cant download any filters either. i bought the pro version today but every time i see a cool filter in the ff online library collection and hit the " Open This in Filter Forge" button it asks me to ~
" Download Filter Forge 2 - the Wizard setup".... That program that is already installed om my pc.

Not getting the "i am not getting the " -'get_families_versions_list() failed window" error box but cat download filters. Plus now i have the pro account even allowed for cookies, nothing is working.

Also went to Filter Forge Help Library and did the whole " the Library can also be accessed via the built-in Filter Library Browser -To activate it.... Ok, did this and tried to do a more specific search like painterly effects/ brush strokes (and even the name of the filter) - it locks up completely on every search. ive had to reboot like 20 times today

Looks like all is ok now, I just downloaded a filter to test the connection.
It worked fine.
