Where's my Perm key?

i have four copies of FF installed on two computers, two on each, one FF1 and 1, FF2 on each computer. on my quad core, windows, 64 bit, win7 machine, i have FF1 and FF2 installed. when i installed the release version of FF2 and ran it, i got the 30 day warning for a beta version. it did not transfer my key over. i dont know if that was intended or what, but have not been sent any new final version keys for my two copies of FF2. i hear others have gotten their's by email, so i'm wondering where my keys are.

i have two versions of FF1 that both have permanent, free, unlimited updates on them, so i would have thought i'd have gotten my keys by now.

if you'd rather i use the contact form, then fine, let me know. if this is enough, then please send me the key(s) i need to get out of this 30 day thing.

i actually havent checked the other computer yet to see if it's doing the same thing, since it's now in a different house, but i will pretty soon.

let me know if you need anything else. both machines are windows, one is this one, the quad core and the other is also windows, but XP, single core.
