commenting on filters broken?

I commented on a filter this morning and it didn't show up. Well the first post with "-filter- by -author-, -url-, -img-" did show, but not the comment. I've been seeing these no-comment-posts a lot in the 'comments on filters section'. I thought it was just the old 'subscribing to ones on filter comments' glitch again but appearantly it's not, the first comment just doesn't get posted.

Maybe it was due to the auto-deletion of empty comment threads (happens for empty threads older than one hour).
