Screen Notification doesn't hide even after adjusting settings

OS: Windows 10
Version: 10.007 Studio edition, Standalone [But also happens in lower versions]

I am trying to screen record to make video while changing settings to show utility of filter. However, my filter uses image and when the image is non square, a seamless tile with color margin is generated which I crop later and tile works for production.

But it doesn't look pretty when there is a warning at center about non integer aspect ratio while using seamless mode. The video rendered looks unprofessional, I have tried various settings through options and hide notice from menu, but the warning is still there.
