I wasn't sure if you wanted us to change your wiki. I was reading the documentation for
BLEND COMPONENT Under Opacity the description was: "Defines the degree of visibility of the foreground and background colors. The value ranges from 0 to 100. At Opacity of 0, the background is fully visible, while the foreground is invisible. Higher values of Opacity increase the visibility of the foreground. At Opacity of 100, only the foreground is visible." This was not actually quite correct. (It is correct when the mode=Normal.) "The foreground and background are blended according to the selected Mode. The Opacity defines the degree of visibility of the blend and the background. The value ranges from 0 to 100. At Opacity of 0, the background is fully visible, while the blend is invisible. Higher values of Opacity increase the visibility of the blend. At Opacity of 100, only the blend is visible." |

Kurt -- thanks for spotting this! The help entry on blend is way, way outdated and it is basically a draft unchecked for facts -- we'll definitely rewrite it.

Kurt, Uberzev: Glad to see you're willing to help us with the documentation.
Let's discuss it here, and I will transfer your brilliant thoughts into the wiki ![]() |
