Not that this was a problem, just a hicup in the system. I opened a checkerboard component and it was 4 1/2 squares by 4 1/2 squares. I hit seamless tiling and it turned back into the 4 by 4: but I have never seen this before. Strange...

Did you - perchance - set the 'Size, pixels' slider to anything other than the maximum value?

I opened a new filter, however, I assume that is the case. If it happens again I will double check.
