Take various images of various sizes. Place them all on various layers. Use fileter forge on the top layer, then move to the next and just repeat(or use another FF). If the first layer was smaller, FF will only affect the next layer using the same width. The only way I was able to negotiate this was to cropp the document first.

Certain features of FF only work on square images. Hopefully they'll adress this in the next version.
