New filter numbers in parentheses

I check for new filters every few days or so, and though I've clicked on every single darn filter added/updated since installation in some categories (numerous times, even), there's still an annoying number in parenthesis telling me I missed a few.

(This dovetails with my request for an option to reset the #s of new/added filters).
