Filter control panel oddity on the editor side

while in the editor and clicking on the results component, controls, i had a small odd behavior last night with a filter i was working on. every time i'd move a control the window/panel would scroll up as i moved the control. since this was a filter with a fair number of controls in it, i would sometimes lose sight of the control i was adjusting as things scrolled up. it would always scroll up, never down and it only did this (as far as i know so far) on one filter, a filter with a frames component. and it only did this on the editor side, not the user side gui. it would do this with any control i moved.

and, it may have corrected itself. (i'll have to load it up again to verify this). i had two 5 color gradients in this filter and when i removed one of them the control panel scrolling stopped. (again, i'll have to verify this. this occurred last night and i'm just going by memory here). i do have several versions of this filter so i shld be able to check each version and see the differences.

This is a side effect of our current implementation of the scrollable controls panel, it always resets its scroll position when the order of controls is changed. This is already on our list, but unfortunately I don't think it can be fixed quickly.
