Could not complet the filter forge 3 command

Hi ! here is what i can read when i try to use Filter Forge 3 command :

"Could not complete the filter Forge 3 command because of a prgram error ".

2 weeks ago i was using Filter Forge 2 and it was working okay !!! but last
week, i wasn't able to use it, that's why i thought to up grade for Filter
Forge 3, and i can't still use it.

So anyone had the same experience ?

Paul Yellen, what OS version do you have? What host application do you use?

I use FF3 with my photoshop elements 9 for my pictures, i go on the command filter and we can see FF3, and when i click on it, here is what i can read :
"Could not complete the filter Forge 3 command because of a prgram error"
It used to work properly before.
I have windows 7 ! smile:?:

Paul, I guess the issue is caused by a corrupt Filter Forge settings file. Please uninstall Filter Forge, delete the c:\Users\YourUserName\Filter Forge 3\ folder, then reinstall Filter Forge. Make sure PSE9 is closed when you're installing.
