Library filter download system (outside of FF app)

A request here for logged in users to be able to download library filters outside of the FF app.

The machine I USE FF on is not connected to the internet and runs OS X 10.6.

My internet machine is a G4 that runs OS X 10.4.11

How can I download new filters from the library to use on my offline machine if support for 10.4 is no more (aside from the personal support request: https://www.filterforge.com/forum/read...&TID=12590 that may be needed 11+ times a year for version 4.11)?

How is it that Appall can't continue to support packages built for 10.4? I'm considering a subscription to the rabid anti-yosemite club!
