Avoid confusion with clear update message for when is required in FF

I have seen this

Fuming - confusion about asking to update or upgrade

I wonder why this has not been changed yet, as this makes a very bad feeling and people feel bad because of this.

Does Filter Forge want to make their users feel bad?

i do not think so, but if they still have confusing brief message that are not clear and open to be understanded wrongly it, they are doing it

It should be very clear that is NOT that you need to upgrade to the latest version number, just update to the new version whitin the same number

it must clear that the message is not telling that you need to buy and pay for the upgrade, and this is an FREE

Instead of telling that you need to update to latest version, it could be any of the already suggested above or maybe even more simple

I have just seen that there is a new update for FF 5, and I wonder if here has been any change on the new version in regards to the update message appearing, so this way for any users from now on will not be confused eith the update message and think that they need to upgrade to FF 6 to keep using FF 5

The change of a simple and short text should only take one minute time

I just want to help to FF users from now on, as of course is not possible to help any previous ones, unless there is some fixed and visible message put on the webiste on a sticky on the forum
