siSINka Posts: 34	In settings is only "root" of all logical discs. But I don't want to have temp files there, for example in Total Commander is root full of files.. Solution: to edit file: c:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Filter Forge 8\Options.xml Change this: <TemporaryFilesLocation value="C:\"/> (for example to) <TemporaryFilesLocation value="E:\Temp\FF8"/> After opening FF8 is in setting dafault temp location, but these temps are in prefered directory. See screenshot. @devs: can you add this feature?

GMM Moderator Filter Forge, Inc Posts: 3491	This is possible using the SUBST command: run the command line as administrator and enter the following command: SUBST X: E:\Temp\FF8 Your folder will be mapped to the X drive letter which you will be able to select in the program settings.
