File Save Sequence Addition

Hi,
I am a longtime user of FF. I bought it as soon as it was available and have upgraded throughout the years. I have always hoped for an animation feature, but I know that would be complicated. I was doing a manual animation the other night, and I thought of something that would really help when saving files, which really should be easy to implement, I think.

When the user goes to Save the first image of the sequence, let there be a checkbox that the user could sel ect called SEQUENCE. This would automatically add a sequential number at the end of the filename. Then when you go to save the next frame, the software naming structure will search the folder, find the base name and start adding a (+ 1,etc). and inserts it into the file name. This will be a considerable time saver, perhaps 10 seconds for each file, since you do not have to do any typing fr om that point on. In addition it would reduce the chance of user error! When you are doing dozens or even hundreds of files, it would add up to a significant time savings.

I don't know about other users, but I would be willing to make a donation, just for that simple feature. Or perhaps it could be a separate product that you could upgrade to. That would give you another product that you could begin to develop, over the years, just as you have for Filter Forge. I believe it would be a successful product!!!
