I made a filter which is basically a frame with a rotating highlight, that frame would be used as an overlay.
So, the video file should be small and ideally support transparency and WebM (VP8, VP9) fits that bill.

It also plays in the browser ^^

For now, one has to export as PNGs, then use ffmpeg like this:

ffmpeg.exe -i frame%4d.png out.webm


Where "frame" is the name of your sequence.
