Snippits are great and all but it would save developers and testers imense time getting familliar with all the complex variables that are possible if we had a seperate forum thread for tutorials and hopefully could get something going with the kind of power that is represented at doom3world.org the ammounts of tutorials and sheer knowledge to be found in that site is incredible I would love to see this site as such a launching point for testers developers and eventually endusers that will purchase the full reatial version

I, personally, vote for wiki-style collaborative knowledge site. It may be hard to manage though, but it would be great as a central knowledge base (I don't like that "enterprisey" term, but it describes the actual meaning very good), which is filled with content both by us (the developers) and you (the users).

I agree with the wiki concept to but only if its tightly integrated into the site and easy to find and navigate to
To often offsite resources arnt utilized neerly as much as convinient onsite resources as far as that case I believe maybe a tutorial thread --for those that dont tend to utilize offsite resources even though It will probably be a far lesser thing and a wiki the wiki being the end all be all for ff but the tutorial thread or sub forum would be a quick down and dirty primer lets all whine for a wine port |
