Hybridizable presets is feature that might be of interest to users, especially in cases where the control parameters are not so linear or logical. Or even in cases where they just like 2 presets and cannot choose between them. I have an audio program called FL Studio, and it runs vsti plug-ins such as synthesizers and effects, and one of FL's built in *host* capabilites, it to combine 2 presets into a new one, by kind of mathematically interpolating between the settings. Granted software synths have a lot more presets than the usual 9 that FF filters do, which would allow for more variety. FF users are bound to make some of their own presets along the way, and this could be a tool to help them do that in some cases, a tool with a cool, hi-tech sounding name, "Preset Hybridizer".
