i would love to have direct masking in FF. by direct masking i mean being able to paint in the gui on an image and have it be a mask or inverted mask that would block the effect being applied to the image or, a reverse that allowed the effect through while the rest was not.

yes, i know one can do this in photoshop while using FF, but it's such a pain when using FF in stand-alone (which i mostly do) and having to open psp or ps to do this. it would be so much easier to just be able to paint on a mask directly within FF.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

This would be great. smile:) It probably breaks with ff's design philosophy because it's not procedural, but it would save a huge amount of time.
