I've got a filter that only works right when tiled. Therefore I'd like to prevent dumb people from using it wrong...

Ideally they should just add an "Intermediate Result" component, pretty much like the current result node, only it has an output (perhaps with integrated front-end controls, like other component parameters).
That would take care of some other feature requests too, like being able to change seamless mode, use shaders etc for a sub tree.. |

Being able to force seamless tiling to be "Always On" instead of just "Enabled" could be useful, so +1.
( Note that the Overrides dialog window inside the Filter Editor provides the "Enabled" option, but this just enables toggling of Seamless Tiling, it does not force Seamless Tiling to "Always On" ) --- Crapadilla says: "Damn you, stupid redundant feature requests!" ;) |
