I can't seem to set a minimum level for remapping the Repeat function of a Profile Gradient module. Only the Int Slider works, the normal kind doesn't, and remapping the Int Slider only allows me *step* settings, which do not accomplish setting a min-max like remapping a normal slider does. I guess unless there's a work-around for that, it would be a feature request.

Ok I updated the snippet a bit and the following explanation should help make sense of it...

-Decide your min/max range such as 13-26.

-Take the max range, subtract the min range, and add one. For example 26-13+1=14. Remember this number.

-Click on the IntSlider named 'Repeat'. In the 'Max Value' field enter the number you just calculated.

-Click on the blend component.

-Click the forground color icon to set your max repeat level using the B slider of HSB.

-Click the background color icon to set your min repeat level using the B slider of HSB.

That's all there is to it! smile:D

Here's another version that uses standard sliders for the user control (the other version uses an IntSlider)

Wow, you made me a snippet, that was very nice of you, thanks much. smile:) Unfortunately, because of the other way(s) I have things wired, and am using the profile gradients currently in place, I cannot substitute yours for them, or it ruins the whole effect of the filter. I did try, and it did 2 things that were problematic, 1) it changed the color/shading of the crisscrossing lines generated by the profile gradients, and kind of curiously, when I blended them back together, it left the bottom 1/2 of the image effected much much less than the top half. Anyways, thanks so much for the snippet, that really was nice of you, and maybe someone else can use your custom technique now until FF updates and fixes that feature. smile:)

Can you post your filter? I'm pretty sure I can get it to work.
