I seldom have a use for the seamless tiling feature and would love to have it default to off if this is possible.

uhm, I think it does default to off.
yup, just tested it by making a new filter. the default is off. If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

oh, are you talking about when you download a filter from the library and some of those are set to "seamless"? those are set by the author before he uploads them to the library. sadly, these cant even be changed in your own copy of the filter for some reason, nor can you even delete them from within the running program. that does seem a bit odd. why would the devs care if I altered or deleted a preset that came with the download?

I'm always hunting around for ways TO make the pattern filters seamless! Especially the kaleidoscoping and wallpaper series.
Usually I can figure out how to change the filter and save it. |
