----Crappadilla gave me the idea for this today ( http://www.filterforge.com/forum/read...1&TID=1512 ) I'd thought of it before kind of, but not as a whole Forum section/header.
----Since there will be many people who only wish to use the filters, not to change/expand on them, users could have a place to make reference to a specific filter, and kindly request updates/new features/changes of any nature for it. It would be up to the original creator to reply, or eventually, some other experienced filter maker could step in, but it would maybe help some future filter makers earn their free copy that much faster, which only becomes more difficult over time. To achieve *popular* status of any 3 of your filters at this point, would take a nearly genius designer, (not that we haven't a few amongst us already), or a long wait.
----It just seems like a good idea, good for both sides, and FF in general.

I think suggestions would go fine in the filter comments forum.

Hmm, perhaps just call it the Filter Comments/Requests forum then ? Trust me, I'm not looking to have to scroll down the page for 5 minutes cause the forum is huge and out of control with areas. I was just throwing out an idea, perhaps it could be just as well combined with Filter Comments. smile:)

Yeah, maybe in the "Filter comments" section would be a good place to post the requests. But also it might be good to be sure to go to the online library and use the "comment" link to keep things consolidated into one thread about that filter...

But then there's also the more general, generic requests... E.g. I'd like to see a grunged-up metal filter, and am not quite sure where to post it -- as it would be a slightly different theme than a filter that was intended for a polished, metal look...
(By the way, I haven't searched the library yet -- so maybe such a filter already exists... I don't know. And actually since I sort of already know what I'm picturing in my mind, I should probably just try to make it myself anyway... smile:) )
