I often try to place some lines with offset from the center.
Therefore i use an external image to have some needed guide lines. It would be great if FF have a golden ratio component by itself. Like center, thirds and other guide lines. Just a simple visual help .... (maybe similar to the guide lines for the blender camera) Just simple, but not simpler. (A.E) |

Well, maybe It may not be exactly what you may want, but here is a filter that shows the Golden ratio

FilterForge by principle isn't a layout program. The design of the program isn't intended for that sort of precision. FilterForge is a texture and filter generator. The primary goal of this program doesn't stem from doing layouts.
I'd rather see this feature implemented elsewhere more useful and practical. |
