Default Image format

There doesn't seem to be an option to set the default image format for exports.

It wouldn't be quite so bad if you only had to select the option on the first export, but to default back to .PNG on each image, each and every time is something that I find most annoying.

Please can we have this option added?

8 always did but 9 defaults to PNG each time

Export in the last format used? Really? We have never implemented that smile:) I've just tested, and both FF8 and FF9 revert to the default format every time. The only exception is that JPG is the default format for version 8 and PNG is the default for FF9.

Proper preservation of your preferred file format would be unfeasible until projects/artboards are implemented.

Maybe that's why it wasn't a problem before in 8 as I prefer to export .JPGs for Vue, unless I have images with transparency.

I'd still like to be able to have the choice to set what is the default, rather than the programme/programmers doing it for me smile;)

And I wonder why it was changed the default in FF 9 if the jpeg has been the default in the previous 8 versions?
and as far as I know nobody said it was bad to have jpeg as default
