Make Notes appear in the back of the Components and NOT IN FRONT of

Please, could you be so kind if is technical possible to put the Notes appear in the back of the Components and NOT IN FRONT of the components?

I mean that they would appear in the background and when you move them it will not be overlay over the components.

The Notes component is really awesome and very helpful and useful and you can make a note and you can make it huge and put a lot of text but it must be always outside of any component.

Why I ask for this? Because then you could be able to make this that Skybase has shown and be able to group all the components that the note is related
