I would really help, especially in more complex filters, that the connectors to and from a selected component are highlighted (ie a different color).

Their already color coded aren't they? That could be confusing.

How about a bold black border around them instead then?

Sjeiti, you mean that the connections should be highlighted on mouse roll-over?

It doesn't have to be a totally different color, it could be just a darker green or darker blue.
Something like this maybe...

That could be a useful feature for deciphering those spaghetti-jumble type filter constructions that some authors create. smile;) smile:D

Maybe the connections could become highlighted in the same way as selected components?

If I remember correctly, the code for this is already there, but it isn't activated -- I didn't like how it feels when turned on. This is on our list and we should see this in future versions (or maybe updates).

interesting idea. not sure i want the lines brighter than the components and nodes, but i wouldnt mind being able to tailor the color of certain lines. i often do 'legs' in my filters, where one set of components does something and that's one leg, and another set does another. if i could alter the colors of one leg to be one color and another leg to be another color, it might help in certain situations.

however, i do like that curves use blue and only curves use that color. so, a bit of discretion is going to be necessary here.
