switches to map remap inputs to outputs

I would like switches to map remap data from control inputs to outputs. Also it would be nice if switches would daisy chain.

you will see it discussed in some context. I want to add that for this feature to be truly useful it would need to be implemented with a mod that made the control component’s visibility to the user selectable inside the filter, i.e. a checkbox on each control that determines its accessibility to the user.
I think the idea of daisy chaining the switches is probably pretty obvious.
