Status of Filter Submission displayed on Filter

I currently have the problem that I don't know if I've already submitted some of my filters. And as the submission queue is limited I don't want to submit unneccessary stuff. So it would be nice to have a little status label or a right-mouse-button-log-view that tells me things like "submitted on June 1st", "approvcal pending", "rejected".

Hopefully, the next iteration of Filter Library won't require approvals at all.

I'd like to see unfinished filters, snippets, and updates to existing filters not require approval.

The rest of them should be quality checked IMO.
