Hi - if anyone hasn't started working on an oil painting effect, I would love to see one in the library. I have searched thoroughly and am sure one isn't there.

Hi Allison, decreasing the size, pixels control of my "ExtremeGlass" filter produces nice oil painting effects. You can see samples of it if you scroll through the comments string......

This filter works beautifully as a paint effect you just have turn the pixel size down to work as a paint effect properly

Thanks Steve and Carl. It does work really well!! I can see I am going to have to get a bit more experimental with filters in future.
