Giving Credit

i just again borrowed the any angle rotate snippet for a filter. this is a great snippet but i dont always remember to give credit for using it. it would be nice, that when i copy and paste a snippet (or whole filter, for that matter), that i would also copy and paste a 'tag' or 'name' or 'credit' component along with the rest of the filter. this 'tag' component would be something similar (or maybe even exactly) to some other ideas along these lines. it would be a more or less static component put in just to identify a filter. it would actually be a component that would basically be like the 'filter info' stuff one inputs into one's filter, name, description, keywords, updates. so, it would essentially be like putting this info into and as a component one could include in one's filters. it wouldnt even need to have nodes. it would just be something that one could copy, along with the filter or snippet, into another filter or snippet to 'tag' that snippet as having come from someone else.

i know something like this has already been suggested and maybe even exactly in this form, but i couldnt remember exactly and wanted to post this version of it just in case.
