I would like to have a better way of keeping things organized. For example if you could draw areas on the grid to keep your nodes in to "group" them in a way. So nodes having to do with one thing could be put in the green area and others in a red area for example and then be able to have a "note" node to put notes in. I'll spend alot of time on something only to have to leave it for a week or two right when I'm in the middle of something and have to figure out what I was thinking. Perhaps the picture will explain this better....

Adding groups and subroutines is a big chunk of work. We have this on our list, but there's no code or specs on this yet. Here's my preliminary prototype screenshot of a component group:
