i would really like to see a set of components with functions like scale, rotate, skew/sheer, flip/mirror, etc. i know it is possible to do all of these within FF with lots of gradients and such, but a few simple components to do these functions would be nice.
a rectangular-polar converter would be fun too. with a polar coordinate system built in you could work with flowers and spirals and such, it could add quite a lot of possibilities... |

The only mentioned component that will properly support seamlessness is flip/mirror
I hope that the "non-seamless" concept will make it into 2.0 -- it will allow us to add some interesting components (as we already discussed here before). |

i get it, the seamless issue. i think it's overrated.
anyway image transformation effects would be most useful with effect filters, which are non-seamless anyway... |
