It's pretty much all in the title. Just a random idea I had.

jffe,

the current threshhold already has two discrete values, one for high and one for low, so, i'm missing what you're looking for here. you want two threshhold sliders? and if so, how would they work? you want one for bump mapping, maybe (which isnt a bad idea smile;) )?

Well, I was thinking more about plugging components into the 3 or more Threshold values, not so much using a single color or even a number type of control. I'm not 100% sure how it would be set up really, I just had the idea for it and sort of saw it in a way being used with multiple component inputs. If others have ideas about how it might be set up to be used for other things, they should feel free to jump in and add to the idea. It could be fleshed out and turn into a feature in V2, or it could be a terrible idea that dies quickly ha-ha. smile:)

so, do you want to compare two images by threshholding one against the other?

----I don't think that's a very simple way to use a multi-input threshold, although maybe it's within the realm of possibilities.
----I didn't have like one all important way of using it in mind, it was more of a wouldn't-that-be-cool mad scientist kind of idea. Something that hasn't been done before, you know, the kind of stuff Vlad likes, stuff that isn't redundant or being done by 14 other companies. smile:D
